{"id":129992,"date":"2026-09-02T16:20:06","date_gmt":"2026-09-02T13:20:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aegeancollege.gr\/?page_id=129992"},"modified":"2026-09-02T16:44:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-02T13:44:40","slug":"health-and-safety-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/aegeancollege.gr\/en\/health-and-safety-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Health and Safety Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Management of the\u00a0Company\u00a0bears executive responsibility for the health and safety of its employees and is committed to taking all necessary actions to continuously improve working conditions and Occupational Health and Safety performance, ensuring the protection of the life, health and well-being of all employees, including subcontractors, suppliers, visitors and any third parties entering the\u00a0Company\u2019s\u00a0premises, in accordance with the applicable requirements of Greek and European legislation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The health and safety of employees and associates\u00a0has\u00a0always been, and will continue to\u00a0be,\u00a0a primary concern of the\u00a0Company\u2019s\u00a0Management.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">In order to implement and maintain its Health and Safety Policy, the\u00a0Company\u00a0provides the appropriate resources, both in terms of human resources and equipment, and employs suitably qualified and competent personnel with the necessary knowledge, expertise and understanding at all levels of the organization.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Management provides all necessary means for the training and awareness of personnel on Health and Safety matters, ensures the\u00a0appropriate allocation\u00a0of responsibilities within the Company, and encourages the active participation of all employees in minimizing unsafe acts and working conditions. In this way, every employee involved in the Company\u2019s activities is expected to contribute, both individually and collectively, to the continuous improvement of the working environment.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Company\u2019s ultimate\u00a0objective\u00a0is to carry out all activities to the highest standards of quality and within the required\u00a0timeframes, without accidents or incidents that could adversely affect human health.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Protecting the health and safety of employees,\u00a0reducing\u00a0and eliminating\u00a0identified\u00a0occupational hazards, and preventing work-related injuries and illnesses are primarily the responsibility of Management, but also require the active participation and commitment of everyone involved in the Company\u2019s activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The Company\u2019s Health and Safety Policy and\u00a0objectives\u00a0shall be implemented by all employees at every level of the organization.
