Educational Consultant Support in the Registration Process
You are able to enroll on Aegean College undergraduate and postgraduate programmes throughout the calendar year.
Aegean College’s specialized Educational Consultants are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have related to the programme of study you wish to enroll on.
Due to the fact that the number of students admitted to each academic programme is limited and defined by the respective partner University, we urge you to address your questions in collaboration with our Educational Consultants as soon as possible.

Documents Required for Registration on Academic Programmes of Study
Please do not hesitate to contact one of our Educational Consultants, should you need any clarifications related to documents required for registration.
Undergraduate Programmes
- Application Form (supplied by the Aegean College’s Secretariat).
- Certified photocopy of High School Leaving Certificate (i.e.: Lyceum Certificate, High School Diploma, or equivalent).
- Certified photocopy of ID card or Passport.
- Six (6) Color Photos.
- English Language Certificate (if applicable to your programme of study).
- Certified photocopy of any relevant course certificates.
- Recommendation letter from Lyceum/High School Teacher (if applicable).
- Interview with the Head of the Program (if applicable).
Post-graduate Programmes
- Application Form (supplied by the College’s Secretariat).
- Certified photocopy of University degree or equivalent.
- Certified photocopy of ID card or Passport.
- Curriculum vitae.
- Recommendation letter either by one of your University Professors or a previous employer.
- Four (4) Colour Photos.
- Certified Photocopy of English Language Certificate (if applicable to your programme of study).
- Proof of work experience (If applicable).
- Interview with the Head of the Programme (if applicable).
Student Transfer-Programme Credit Transfer
Students who wish to transfer from their current programme of study to an Aegean College programme of study are advised to contact the College’s Registration Office at +30 210 3211228.
Please note however that normally students wishing to transfer credits from their current institution/academic programme of study to an Aegean College programme of study are required to submit a student transfer request.
Student transfer requests should be accompanied by formal documentation to demonstrate level of study achieved.
The relevant College Academic Department reviews student transfer requests and submitted documentation to arrive at a decision as soon as possible.
