With great success and an impressive turnout, the conference titled “Stories of Success II: The Strategy Behind Every Obstacle“ was held on Thursday, December 12, 2024, organized by the School of Business Administration of Aegean College Thessaloniki.

The event took place at the Vellideio Conference Center in Thessaloniki under the auspices of the Ministry of the Interior (Macedonia-Thrace Division), the Region of Central Macedonia, and the Municipality of Thessaloniki.

More than 750 professionals and students from undergraduate and postgraduate programs attended the packed hall of the Vellideio to participate in the event.

The conference, which is becoming a staple for Thessaloniki, focused on the challenges entrepreneurs and leaders face on the path to success, with a particular emphasis on the pivotal role of failure as a necessary step in their journey.

Through personal narratives and experiences, the distinguished speakers shared the strategies they employed to overcome obstacles, highlighting resilience, determination, and faith in their vision as key elements for turning challenges into opportunities.
